The Providence Center is an outstanding organization, helping those who are sometimes marginalized by society to live their own lives, and make their own choices. What is SoftWashing?

Instead of the blowing and blasting of a pressure washer, our Authentic SoftWash uses a 12-volt battery-operated agricultural sprayer system. We apply a water-based, biodegradable cleaning solution at about 50 psi. The cleaning solution emulsifies the dirt and grime, kills the mold, mildew, algae, bacteria, fungus, moss, and lichens (all the funky stuff discoloring your home). Our Superior Secret Sauce also breaks down spiders’ webs and bugs’ nests. We rinse this away at garden hose pressure. Excellent job. I’m so pleased with the results. Nick did a superb job cleaning the windows at my house. Windows were awfully dirty post construction with sticker stains on them that was impossible to remove. Nick removed all the stains, washed the windows with soap and sponge. You don’t get to see this level of service anywhere and at a great price as well. He is so easy to work with, he showed up on time, did a walk through of the property and got to work. He even reached the interior window that was above the staircase with no easy access. Will definitely call him every year and I’m referring my neighbors to hire him as well.
